By completing this application form you are deemed to have agreed with these terms and conditions.
Please note that, for the comfort of all occupants, large model cars are not permitted (including utes, station wagons and large 4WDs)
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions. They relate to your use of the car park at 231 Liverpool Street, Hobart. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not complete this application to go on the waiting list. By completing this application form you are deemed to have agreed with these terms and conditions.
Cost
Car parking is $220 (incl GST) per calendar month per designated car space.
Car parking is paid a month in advance, due on the 1st of the month.
An invoice will be issued and you must pay by the 1st of the month for which the invoice applies.
Waiting List
Available car spaces will be offered in order of joining this waiting list.
However, completing this waiting list does not guarantee a car space will be offered. We reserve the right to refuse to offer a car space.
You can unsubscribe from this waiting list at any time.
Cancelling Your Car Space
You must give 21 days’ notice to cancel your car park.
If you do not give 21 days’ notice you will be invoiced and remain liable for next month. At the end of the next month, you will be deemed to have cancelled your car park and will not be invoiced further.
Parking
If offered a car space, you will be allocated a numbered space within the car park and must only use that space.
As the driveway is relatively narrow you must park close to the wall.
If you are concerned about scratching your bumper on the wall, you may affix a rubber bumper to the wall.
You may access the car park to use your designated car space at any time.
Liability
You park at your own risk.
We are not liable for theft or damage to your vehicle or contents or personal injury or death.
You are responsible for your actions and damage or injury you cause and you indemnify us against losses we suffer arising from your actions.
You are responsible for your passengers, including children and pets, who must be kept under your control at all times in the car park.
We have no responsibility for contents left in the vehicle and if you leave contents in your vehicle, you do so at your own risk.
Safety
Do not enter the car park if a car is exiting the car park.
Thoroughly check the driveway is clear before entering or exiting.
Thoroughly check the footpath is clear before crossing; sound your horn if necessary to alert pedestrians.
Damage
If you damage another vehicle in the car park you must report the matter to the appropriate authorities as required by law and provide your vehicle and contact details to the owner of the other vehicle.
Managers
The car park is managed by Event Management Pty Ltd. No liability is accepted, you park at your own risk.
